Chat Display

Im on Counter Strike 1.6 and when im playing if someone says something in the chat or team chat i cannot read it unless i press the "~" key. Is it possible to set this up so i can see it while im playing without having to press the key?

Ugh, I never remember exactly how to fix these ones.
Go to the console and search for the hud commands. Something like hud_saytext 1
