problems with playing cs on net!

Can some one explain me how can i play Counter strike on internet? I all ready installed steam but i dont know how to play.I have good network conection and all stuff i need to play except brains to turn that game on please help

Have you bought Counter Strike itself? If so, the game should be available in your Games list, double click it to load up! If you haven't got it available yet, you'll either need to enter a serial number from a retail copy, or purchase it through the online store.

sry idk what to do, but im kinda sry, im havin tech difficulties 2. do u have any clue on how to find a folder that has the write priveldges for steam.

i see wat u mean, but i cnt put it in my games list 4 sum reason, thx 4 the hlp anyway.
