Error when trying to install Steam

Ive been trying to install Steam for quite a while now.

And everytime these 3 errors come up
1st error

No idea.
Have you tried redownloading the steam installer?
Maybe you have some problem with your windows installer.

i think it is the windows installer... let me try and fix it.
