Binding help. (Same button, 2 functions)

Hi,
Sorry, i know im new here but i would like to ask a question, and become a member of this nice community.

The question is:
How can i bind my space button such as that the first time i jump, it just jumps, and if i press it the second time if i am in the air, it crouches?

Now first, before you jump out at me, i used the search feature, and i found a whole really neat post all about binding and how to customize it, but i didnt find anything about pressing a button multiple times.

Also, i would like to know how to change my skin every time i jump, from a terrorist to a cs skin.

After a little research came up with this:
alias +jumpcrouch "+jump; +duck"
alias -jumpcrouch "-jump; -duck"
bind space +jumpcrouch
