need help understanding weapon skins

ok i want his weapon skin bindyeye to be exact but it is in bitmap form im wondering how do i make a bitmap a mdl so i can use the woodland camo gun (bindyeye)

You need to use JEDS HALF-LIFE MODEL VIEWER to replace textures.
