Some Problems Wif Cs 1.6

hey i have a little problem with counter strike.

i live in a dorm and we all play this its really fun

the problem i have is that i can only create games i can't join them

it suks because by the time i have found out that they are playing they are all on a server

can you tell me what is wrong????

Can you join a different server, to see if it works away from your dorm-mates? We used to get this with IP addresses being the same.

i'm not really good with this stuff so what does that mean.

Don't worry about that. Just try playing on a server when your mates aren't on it. If you can get on, it suggests a problem with your network setup. If not, it's a problem with your PC.
