HELP Player Skins Have a Metallic Look?

Ive un/re-installed four times. Ive deleted files from steam and my computer and reinstalled and still I have a metallic (shiny white gold) look to the player skins. The materials folder is not in the cstrike directory.

Everything else in the game is fine.

Any idea how to correct this? Any help would be greatly appreciated

try executing default config// exec_config_default then running the config i posted or parts of it pertaining to models FRAME PER SECOND OPTIMIZING CONFIG. and remove the options that you dont need, depending on your Vcard..
