How i Fix this error ?

ok, i play this game for 6 yrs already and this is the first time i get this kind of problem... can some1 help me out and fix this error

SteamGetEncryptedUserIDTicket failed (1)
reason--SteamGetEncryptedUserIDTicket() failed with error 109: Connection to the local Steam Service lost

some guys told to delete your clientregistry.blob file in your steam folder. then restart cs and let it update (didnt work having same problem)

and other guys told me to delete steam.dll and steamUI.dll and restart steam (didnt work)

what else can i do guys ?

i reformat my compter and i download the game again and download a brand new steam and keep having the error....

is there any other solution for my error cuz im about to play CAL and i cant even play for a min cuz i have this error and close my cs and steam

Is your internet connection working okay? Are you on a shared connection that may be blocking necessary ports? Have you checked your router to see if everyting is as it should be?

ok so how do i check that ?
well i use to have jsut my pc pluged in but now i share my internet with a lap top and is wirles the lapto get internet wirles from my dsl
how do i check that ????

IS your PC wirelessly connected as well as your laptop? That will pretty much do it. Try it with a direct (cable) connection to the router, with just the PC. Log out of Steam (don't just close it, log out), then log back in and try it.
