Ok, so i found a good website which has alot of textures so that i can download them and change my cs ones. But where do i put them e.g programfiles/valve/counterstrike? where do i put them to change the current textures?

Hmmm. Are these .wad as in sprays, or as in whole texture packs? If it's sprays you mean, there are FAQs everywhere on how to use them. If you mean re-skinning maps, it's not really possible. You need to de-compile the map, load the .wad file into Hammer then start replacing the textures - that's experienced mapper territory.
