Hey guys, I haven't played CS 1.6 in a couple years and am starting to play again. Logged in and started to play again tonight. Played for a little while and then got banned from a server; and when I try and reconnect to a server I get a constant BAN!!! It says that my VAC status is "in good standing." What could be the problem?

Then there's that one server where some pre-pubescent nerd asks 'wut's yer favorite color?' & if it's the 'color-of-money': yer banned.

What is the ban message? Are you sure you weren't banned by VAC?Comment

Could be a config issue - where something has been changed by a script kiddie and it's affecting your account (like setting an illegal cvar). Delete your config.cfg.Comment
