    Counter-Strike Source Choke/Information Loss

Alright, i've recently fixed the chokes ingame.

Basically, my ping is fine, usually 20-50. That's not the problem, the Loss and chokes are at 0.

However i'm getting headshots and such which are just NOT registering at all and no, it's not the hitboxes or anything like this.

Turns out I had to add some user config file to my router to play steam games on Be* ISP. So I did, got rid of all the times out and what not, yet still I can feel this information dropping.

So I print screen my net_graph 3, it looks like this -

    [link="http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b300/...ntU/Rates.jpg"]http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b300/...ntU/Rates.jpg[/link]

Is it just me or the bottom right value, the information being sent out IS FAR too low?

I played at my friends at they were both hitting 100 on a 100tick server, yet mine stoop to 20 and max at 40-50 or so.

    There's certainly something wrong there.

Anybody able to help me with this?

    My rates -

    Rate 25000
    cl_cmdrate 100
    cl_updaterate 100

    That's definetly not the problem.

    Any other ideas?

The server you play on sucks?
Seriously, there is no need to have such high rates specially when most servers limit them.
sv_maxrate gives you the rate you should be using and sv_maxupdaterate gives you the updaterate you should be using.

If registry is fucked up you might have been messing around with the cl_lw, cl_lc and interpolation cvars...

This applies to every single server i've played in the past 2 weeks, the same servers as my friend who was getting 100/100.

Oh and those rates are required now in most leagues, they're standard.

Last of all, we have exactly the same rates.

Well, if your rates are "stooping" then something is changing them.
Change them manually via console after entering a server and see if they stick.

The rates are standard in leagues, not in the majority of online servers. So, there's no need to use them if you're not playing in a league. And since servers are usually limited it's like shooting yourself in the foot.
