Crosshair problem

I was wrongfully banned a few weeks ago because of an abusive admin, and he screwed up my config files & settings. I eventually got everything fixed except my crosshair. Whenever I use a scoped weapon and try to use the scope, the crosshair moves around as I look around. I've tried typing crosshair 1 in the console, downloading new crosshair skins, etc. nothing has worked so far. Can you guys help me?

Delete your config.cfg file and steam will create a new one. And this time after saving your new settings, put the file read only.
