my gun will only go lefty

hey,
On cs 1.6 and cs..cz. My guy always holds his gun left handed. I never noticed this difference until my buddy played a game on my PC and he was like WTF? are you lefty I was like no. But anyhow I know where you can change it from left to right under advanced. and It's under right. I've even changed it to left..tried it..it was still left..and went back to right and it was still left. BTW when I play Day of Defeat it's fine.. HE holds the gun righty.
P.S. Yes every time I made a change I clicked apply..LOL.. If anyone has had or heard of this goofy problem and could you please let me know how I may fix it?

WOW,,,that worked.. I've been playing like this for 4 months now..LOL.. I just played a quick game righty for the first time and got my azz handed to me.. I LOL but I think in the long run it will greatly improve my game. Thanks so much. It worked great!!!!!!
