Game crash Internal error

HI THERE! please help me, my agme keeps crashing when i try to join/create a game, at about 4 bars of loading the gam minimizes and then 2 boxes pop up saying theres a Game crash Internal error and closes CS (or half life-2 or day of defeat - any of those) PLEASE HELP!!! (desperate plea)

Model models/props_junk/TrashCluster01a.mdl not found and models/error.mdl couldn't be loaded

so i redownload CS and everything, try again... and again it just says the same stuff!

GCF check! Right click game and in one of the tabs you've got some sort of a check, that's the one.
Does this file exist on your harddrive? If so, delete it.
