Source Dedicated Server

Does anyone know how to put cal.cfg,lo3.cfg, and pregame.cfg on a dedicated server in cs:source? I have all the files i just don't know were to put them and how to exec them. Thank you

Make the server.cfg file execute them.
Just add:
exec cal.cfg
exec lo3.cfg
exec pregame.cfg

In whichever order you like.
