You have blue/green names above friendlies and everything without a green/blue name is an enemy (unless the names only appear up close?). When you put your crosshair on an enemy you can see his anme in red. But you can be sure there will a lot of TK at the beginning...

I am not fond of that method, the tags are often bugged, and when they do work they turn CQB into a mess.
I have lost count of the times I held my fire, just to discover that the tag actually belonged to someone in the background instead of the enemy in front of me.
