I noticed i played with raw input on all the time. I seem to like it better with it off, the acceleration in the mouse drivers allow me to be more precise

An update on this:

After making a number of changes nothing seemed to make any difference. Some improvement, but I was still overshooting my targets and going as slow as possible. So the other day I was looking at my stats on bf3stats.com and noticed all my stats took a dive on 03/16 and has been struggling ever since.

Since it was such a pronounced and obvious date, it made me think that something has changed on my PC to cause this issue and I just now really noticed it the last month or so.

So, long story short, I rebuilt my computer and reset everything as my old build was and am doing testing. So far it seems to have really improved. of course, Ive only played a handful of games.

We will see how it goes. Thank you everyone, the mouse does seem to be doing a lot better.

A good update to this: My stats and aim have been steadily increasing. I am missing much less and doing much better after the machine rebuild AND all the settings everyone help offer up.

Thank you all for your help. It seems a good clean build did the trick and making the setting changes help get it back to how it once felt before whatever happened.
