Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
So I have the G500 and its been a great mouse. The issue though is I seem to fight it constantly in BF3. I cannot get things set right so that I shoot spot on. I keep adjusting settings, but there are a lot to change.
For those that use this mouse, you have anything to share on how you are setup game and software wise?
Here is what mine looks like. I used to have a bunch of different DPI levels set, but finally settled on just using 3, with the fast speed for use on tank turrets. Other than that, I really haven't tweaked it per se.
Did you experiment with "Use RAW blah blah" option in BF3 settings? With that one enabled BF3 uses Logitech driver or uses RAW data from mouse. At least that is the theory. In case of my AnywhereMX mouse and after last patch I get better results with RAW data ON.
Its very frustrating when you have the draw on someone and you over/under shoot at them. Its causing me to develop bad habits in the game, like blind firing and spraying the target before them being in the crosshairs.
Battlelog is a free social platform that ties into Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 3 and lets you socialize, track stats, plan your next game, and more from your web browser!
I Do not understand what that "report rate" is. Signa has it assigned to 1000 and I have it to 500(default) . I tried puttin on 1000 but the mouse just feels like it's heavier ( I have to move it more for the mouse to actually move and my hand ends up feeling tired after some seconds)
I think its for backwards compatibility as well as being able to adjust it so it feels best for you. The mouse giving information to the pc 1000 times is going to send the mouse coordinates faster and more effectively than 500.
Im sure some systems though cannot accept 1000 data bits telling it where the mouse pointer is now. Lower it down and it smooths things out, but may not be as accurate. Not a big deal, but it could cause response delays.
In the big scheme of things, people play BF3 with wal-mart mice, so it may not hurt some as much.
