Tanks after the last patch

Pretty much vehicle warfare is a bit screwed now after the last patch. Its not bad, but the vehicles seem a bit more weak and really do not take much to disable or damage.

With that said; What perks would be best with the tank?

I think reactive armor is still a given. I see some using guided rockets. I tend to use that as a 1-2 punch with some success.

Tanks seem pretty weak now. even with reactive armor I'm getting killed with 2 javelin hits. I love guided missiles on maps like wake, oman.

I go with reactive armor, zoom optics ( they help me a lot since i play in low resolutions and it's hard to distinguish what is far away) and the cannister shell!
