Anyone else EA account password just get changed on them?

Just got a strange email from EA that my password had been changed. I didn't follow any of the links in the email, instead I logged off of Origin and logged back in and low and behold my password had changed. I quickly changed my password to something else, by using the forgot my password feature and changed it to something else. Anyone else get this?

EDIT: I'm on with support right now, guess this is a "Known Issue", classic. That means their is a bug that will randomly change your password on you...so falls alarm on my part. I thought it was a repeat of the Battlefield Heroes BETA password thing, fun times.

Sounds like a fishing email scam to me and i would never answer a email like that.

As long as you give them your credit card info and ssn you should be good :awes:

yep, i got one too, so did one of my clan members.......EA screw up i think, seems to be all older accounts. hit the reset password button and all is well.

Immediately changed it myself again.
