FAQ - How to order the Battlefield 3: Limited Edition and System Requirements
Q: How do I get the Limited Edition of Battlefield 3?
A: You pre-order.
Q: That's it?
A: Yes.
Q: Will I get a code or something?
A: Probably for the expansion pack, but I dont know right now.
Q: Why would I want to pre-order?
A: By pre-ordering you will automatically get the Back to Karkand expansion.
Q: What is that?
A: Its an expanion pack with 4 re-mastered maps from Battlefield 2, including the games vehicles and weapons.
Q: What maps are they?
A: Strike at Karkand, Wake Island, Gulf of Oman, and Sharqi Penninsula
Q: Why would I want that?
A: Because you probably complain about not enough maps and weapons and that will give you both.
Q: What if I dont want the expansion?
A: Then you hate Battlefield.
Q: No, really?
A: Don't pre order or dont install the expansion once it is released.
Q: What do you mean, "once its released?"
A: I mean that Back to Karkand will not be immediatly available and will be released after the release of Battlefield 3.

Q: So what if I don't pre-order and then later want to get the Limted Edition after release?

Q: How will I know if my machine can run Battlefield 3?
A: Right now the rule of the thumb is if you can run Bad Company 2 on High, you can run Battlefield 3 on medium pretty well.
Q: How do you know this?
A: Because I was in the alpha and the beta and it ran very well on Medium settings. Since the alpha was not near enhanced for running and the beta was a beta, it should run well.
Q: But how can I be sure?
A: Well, you missed the beta so now all you can do is buy BF3 and see.
Q: What other information is there?
A: We have a huge amount of topics in the forums. Be sure to check them all out.

A: As time allows and information is released. It wont really be needed once the game is launched.
