    Two Major Questions

I have some brain-straining questions, hopefully I can get answered here.

    1. Will I be able to run Battlefield 3 with my rig? I didn't find any REAL leaked system requirements.
    CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) 9500 2.20GHz Quad Core
    Memory: 4GB
    Video Card: ATi HD 5750 1GB DDR5
    PSU: 550W
    HDD: 1TB (2x 500GB)
    OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit.

    * 2. I tried asking everywhere, no answer: Will I get the limited edition when I pre-ordered BF3 in-store at Best Buy (Canada)?
I didn't recieve word whether if I would get a promotion or not for pre-ordering. I heard around on some websites that you will get 2 DLC's free for pre-ordering at Best Buy, but whether it is true and if it applies if you pre-ordered in the store? *

    1. Yes

    2. Yes. You can ONLY pre-order the limited edition. Nothing else is an option.

Sure you can run it. Probably medium settings.

And all pre-orders are the limited edition. "Limited edition" really just means that they are the first few shipments of games.

Okay, thank you with the quick feedback! Hopefully I can scrap some cash up and maybe buy a better rig so I can run on high settings , but if not, I don't care. I just want to play Battlefield 3...Caspain Sea battle was bad-ass.

Yeah it'll run it for sure, though there are 2 area's you could improve.

The videocard will run it, but I'm just not sure how taxing 64 players will be, I played the alpha, but it was only 32 players, and it was about the same as Bad company 2. It might be twice as taxing, but it could be a lot less, maybe even more efficient. Though if the beta has a 64-player map, that question can be answered. However you have a quad core, and Frostbite loves Quad cores, it basicly doubles in FPS in most cases just having a decent one.

            What's your screen resolution?

I'm actually not going to hate on Vista, I liked it a lot, especially after SP1. However 32-bit, might have a slight to moderate hindrance.

The highest resolution I can go is 1680x1050.

Unlike BC2, BF3 seems to be more GPU dependant. So perhaps just a new Graphics card down the line.

What's the best card to get that's not over $200?

You get get the 6870 and the 560 for just under $200 (both listed at $199 max on Newegg). They essentially perform the same.

The 6870 is a beautiful card I will say. of course, its no 6990 but its price and performance is well worth it.
