Those of you that may know Jockyitch and his podcast may already know that he is calling it quits for the podcast at bashandslash.com
Normally I would post this up as news, but he is keeping this information in the background and I suppose I will do the same.
Jock has spent many years doing the podcast that was mostly dedicated to Call of Duty and its community. He had been a die hard fan of the series until its demize with MW2. His podcast episode, 123, had Robert Bowling coming on and telling the gaming world that IW.net was born and dedicated servers and mod tools were out.
After that event and the follow up with Black ops having no mod tools until very recent, the PC CoD community has been in great decline. Im sure it is no surprise to anyone as you can tell on these forums. There was a period of time that the CoD section of TGN had more viewers than the Battlefield section. Of course, not at Battlefields peak, but it was gaining popularity.
Jock created a number of other podcasts with the developers of Homefront, BF3, and RO2 as well as a few other projects here and there.
So anyway, if you would like to say thanks for the podcasts, you might go here and send a shout out:
