i wouldn't expect the actual gameplay to look that good, as was the case with BC2.

No I don't think it's actual gameplay, I still wait for a gameplay video to really see the game in movement. It doesn't look impossible to achieve though, not like the first Crysis screens.
Last screen the guy has 6 grenades. Get ready for the spam in Karkand 2. -
