Alright, time to get some things off my chest.
There are a couple of things that are worrying me about this 'teaser', if you will.
For one, it seems to be drawing too heavily on Bad Company 2 art direction. I'm not saying Bad Company 2 wasn't a good game in its own right, but it certainly did not feel like a true battlefield game.
Another that is concerning is the phrase at the bottom...
"DICE sets its sights on Call of Duty"
Battlefield and Call of Duty are, again, good games in their own right. But DICE has to realize that going the direction of Call of Duty will neither make a top tier game, nor get them as many sales as Call of Duty. The CoD fanboys are just going to be loyal to CoD, that's the way it will work. DICE needs a radical departure from the recent CoD-esque Bad Company 2 to both give Activision a run for their money, AND get their own militant fanboys .
To further illustrate my point, here are some differences between CoD and Battlefield (NOTE: I am not saying one is better than the other, I am simply stating the differences).

Call of Duty
Tons of weapon variants
Small maps
No vehicles
Promotes camping
Killstreaks

Battlefield (Pre BC2)
HUGE maps
HUGE amounts of vehicles
HUGE amounts of players
Working hitboxes
Team based

Battlefield BC2
Destructible environments
"Big" maps
32 players
Terrible hitboxes/netcode
Fewer vehicles
PC version was obviously a hasty console port

Battlefield 3 (expected and hoped for)
HUGE destructible maps
MASSIVE amounts of players
VARIETY in vehicles
WORKING HITBOXES
DX11/10 only

Game Informer said the sights thing and we dont know if that art is DICE done or the magazine, though it is cool.

My thoughts; There is not enough information to go on and DICE is going to have to do SOME competing with CoD. They dont have to sell the farm, but there are some things the MAJORITY of people like in a game. Im sorry, but if I like something in a game and I am the only one and it gets nerfed, then poo on me. Thats how it is. DICE said they are doing something special for PC. Dont know what it is. Maybe it is just keyboard/mouse support or maybe its bigger maps and player count. Who knows? Not me. Not you.
