Ive seen the full video of this one and it looks like this level appears at the end of the SP game after all the credits etc, it allows you to play the level.

Theres another Zombie video floating around showing another level inside what looks to be a theatre, with a new zombie on all fours. Dogs are back aswell.[/spoil]
