ProCon seems to be the latest and greatest. At one point and time it was BFBC2 Guardian.

ProCon is the best.

BC2 Guardian and BC2CC are an option.

BC2cc requires the program to be running for it to admin the server, I setup a dedicated box at my house just to have CC running 24/7 on our server.
