Just be a good and fair Admin. We have a 32 man Conquest and Rush NON-HC dedicated server located in Chicago that fills up pretty good on weekends and most the weeknights.
We don't allow Base Raping, Stealing Enemy armor from Uncaps, or hacking. The last one is the hardest to do because you really do need some sort of proof. Just because of guy is going 35/5 or something does not mean he is hacking. But more often then not the hackers are quite obvious.
We us Procon and it works good. Your best option is try to find 2-3 guys that are willing to help out. Most guys doing the Admin'ing don't get to play alot if you have a bunch of douche bags on the server. Most nights we have 2 or 3 guys so we can take turns. Its hard to Admin when your flying the Heli or driving the Tank.
But hey wish you luck and once its up and going share the Info so we call can try it out.
