MG36 with 4x scope in harcore

guys, i have found that the MG36 with 4x scope is an unbelievable killing machine in HC. the gun has amazing accuracy if shot single fire at long range and has little recoil. the little red dot is perfect for making accurate shots. i got 35/14 twice in a row after using it at valeparaiso. i then used the XM8 lmg with 4x scope and it sucked.

XM8 LMG doesn't suck. It has less recoil and therefore for me works better with Acog.

MG36 and XM8 LMG are both nice, but for some reason XM8 works better for me, too. Ever tried MG3 w/ 4x? Did last night and it was hilarity in short bursts ... mowing enemy down left and right.

Ive always enjoyed the MG36, but could not use it in hardcore until they fixed the scope. It is very accurate and a lot of fun to use.

wait, isn't the mg36 the one that comes standard with 4x zoom and red dot reticule? why would you put a 4x on it?

It comes with the red dot but not the X4 zoom (if my memory is correct, Ii didn't used it since the MG3 buff).

afaik it is standard red dot if you look through the scope, but if you add the 4x scope on it it zooms in 4x but without the huge red ^ on it. that is why i dont like the xmb with it because the ^ is too thick. keep in mind i am firing at long ranges.

Hi I am Brazilian and rookie here in the forum. the mg36 is the best in the medic class, and good at any weapon in the hardcore mode.

The 4x Scope essentially gives you a 4x Red Dot Sight, instead of a plain old red dot sight, see the lovely pictures above.
