from what I know its suppose to be a special weapon you can acquire via care package only tho i am not 100% sure.

You're not the only one. It had some pretty bad flaws when it came out due to a severe case of the consolitis. But they've fixed it with patches so that it's a good game. The first impression ruined it for too many people and now they refuse to give it a chance, though.

From what I've read, you can get it from the care package only, and it's supposed to be pretty rare.
