I dislike the M1911 immensely, imo it has been tainted by its noobness and mass adoption by wookies as a primary weapon of fail

I used to use the M1911 because it was the definition of rape, but now that the other pistols got a damage boost and I need something that shoots faster (Since the 1911 was nerfed) I now wield the M9 Beretta as my side-arm of choice.

1911 is still top for me, but i like the rex as well. the m93 is a good follow up weapon when you run out of ammo with your mg. Other than that the 1911 has superior stopping power against full health soldiers.

Got platinum with 1911 and REX - currently playing with MP443... tbh those three are all good pistols provided you fully understand how they fire. 1911 pre-patch was way OP (it was more powerful than running around with your primary gun half the time) but even now still puts people down easily. The patch was necessary though because now it actually takes a bit more skill to use than previously. REX at range is devastating but it really requires that you don't just spam left click. Although in playing with it I had a lot of moments where I wished I wasn't using it. Both of those pistols allow for handy OHK if you can get a quick headshot in though

Although using the MP443 at the moment, it just feels like it has the balance right. Not a huge damage per bullet but clip size, ROF, accuracy and its versatility at all ranges make it a bit of a life-saver in most situations. Is definitely a good pistol.

The M93R... not fussed, used it once or twice and thought it was naff. Have barely ever been killed by it so I'll forever be questioning how effective it really is until I get round to trying it properly. M9 has always felt a little weak, doesn't seem to offer much above the MP443 as far as a lightweight side-arm goes.

You definitely need to share your secret to get >3.0 KDR. I remember your KDR is insanely good in 2142, but I have no idea how you can get 3.0KDR in BC2 where rampant noob tubing and Carl noobing make death so inevitable.

I always use magnum ammo, so for me M9 Beretta is pointless, because Grach with magnum ammo takes the same amount of shots to kill, plus it has 50% higher rate of fire and better accuracy.

Lots of people seem to praise the Rex but I just cant seem to like the gun. I'll be using it a bit more after I platinum my m9 to finish off the pistols so maybe I'll change my mind. Oh and M93R FOR LIFE

I'm going to go try out some different weapons now. I usually prefer the M9 pistol. That 17 round pistol seems a bit strange, I don't like it.

On a side note my favorite AR now is the Steyr AUG. I'll try some more.

For real? I hate that gun with a passion, it is so weak compared to the others.

It's one of the powerful guns, it's extremely accurate and it totally owns if you add magnum ammo to the package. Try it with a red dot sight.

M93R has to be the most fun to play with, after getting the rest to Platinum I've saved the best to last :)

Love the sound of Grach firing, also the iron sight is the best, if I can't kill with shotty in one hit, i finish them off with 'Grach
