ok - works great when I am the 'driver'

questions:
if I am driver:
1. can my gunner see enemy blips?
2. can troops on ground near me see blips?

if I am gunner:
3. will my driver see enemy blips
4. can troops on ground near me see blips?

not sure if it works for the gunner but everyone on your team can see the blips on the map. My fav use is the UAV with the UAV. Also works nicely on the blackhawk.

hmmm - - never thought of it for UAV

I haven't strictly tested it myself, but my impression was that it doesn't work for my gunner. I played with a friend as a tank gunner a few times, and he was telling me he can't see the targets that v.elect was revealing for me. Also, alt fire only effects you, so by extension I assumed v.elect worked the same.

I too am still confused
my son, often as gunner, does not see targets from my v elect
will do some testing in an empty server with 3 of us
and report back
