Huge benefit to use together. It extends the non-headshot OSK range by about 20 meters, and makes you easier in transition to pistol and getting a kill. This is especially good if you are using the revolver. One sniper shot under 30m plus one revolver shot exceed 125 health no matter what.

It seems most snipers now use the GOL with magnum, sometimes it is just insane.

Judging from your post comments about your connections, Dragon, I would say they have no benifit to you

Actually, the magnum ammo may help you as you only have one shot anyway.

mine are almost over 100 meters
(ie across a map)

Unless you're a close/medium (less than 30 meters) range sniper, Magnum will not help you. Use refined explosives with the Mortar.

Amen to that brother..........was using the GOL + mag ammo y'day on A'Harbor and could'nt kill anyone unless I was 30 to 40m away from them. Hit reg sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

imo magnum ammo is overrated, its good for extended the close range capabilities of say a sniper rifle

but imo is simply a waste for something like an assault rifle or medic lmg, especially an engi SMG
