I'm saying ever since any good PC series (Battlefield, Call of Duty, etc.) switched over to multiplatform it's been sad times, crappy gameplay, and you see lots of people going back to the classics.

Is BF3 PC only by any chance?

Oh I completely agree with you. I really hope BF3 is for PC only but with the way times are changing I wouldn't be surprised if it goes multi-platform. If it does lets just hope they make it for the PC first and then port it over to the consoles.

It'll never happen. EA/DICE are a business, and although the right thing to do would be to make a PC game if they use the "Battlefield" title, but we need to be realistic. A business needs money to survive, and the only way to make money is with console games with easily aquired over powered explosives for young kids who's parents buy them a shiny XBoX 360.

I think it would be extremely odd for them to have already talked about BF3 but have BC3 listed for E3.

Call of Duty: MMO ?!?! The guy couldn't even research what the next CoD game is supposed to be called.

I actually think that BF3 wont be multiplatform simply because of the timing it will be released. The xbox360 is really starting to show its age and it wont be long before we see Microsoft dishing out further designs for a next generation console. The PS3 still has plenty of power behind but again i dont think it has that core factor needed to keep up with what will be the next generation consoles, which is sad because the PS3 is still quite an unexplored console. If it is timed right then BF3 might only hit the PC due to the fact that it would be unproductive for DICE to develop a game for a previous generation console thats support is only becoming less and less.

I would rather have a Battlefield game that is multiplatform and "ported" rather than no new Battlefield game at all. Businesses have to stay alive and make money to keep making the games we love.

I can't believe Crysis 2 is mainly developed for the PS3. The thing is a PC benchmarking system, don't let the PS3 rich kids get it!

Oh and Crysis and Warhead were amazing, I think I'll throw some chickens at koreans today for a nostalgic moment.
