have 2 systems at home
mine=DVD=no dvd required=server authenticate
son= eb Games DL - he is not getting prompt to update

where is the option - or does he need to do a DL??
if yes - where

Do you run the updater first? Some people execute the game before updating that may be the cause.

Check in the game directory, there's like 2 executables, one to update and the other to run the game.
