Filter Out Hardcore

I think me and all of the other people who cant stand HC agree that Dice certainly needs to add a filter option to keep out HC mode servers, I usually can get a game instantly, but now it takes me like 5 minutes to navigate through the suckage.

IMHO kill cam should be removed anyway. I dont want the person who I just killed seeing where I was so that he can come and find me. Leave it in the COD series.

Agreed a filter for HC servers would be a good idea. :yay:

The killcam is useless most of the time and if you're a sniper with a good position you're screwed after your first kill. At least in CoD you have a chance to see if the guy was cheating, or learn some new things sometimes.

this. the only usefull thing in kill cam was that u could know if it was a hacker , and that only happens if it is 1st person, as the kill cam appears 3rd person its sucky cause it easly tells your position away

I have not yet seen the lack of sniper players. Talk about you are the only one with a class other than sniper in a squad. The killcam may expose them too little not too much, unless you want to see snipers running all over the maps.

I hate hardcore with a passion, especially in a game so fast paced. I don't mind "Hardcore" ArmA 2 everyday though, but that's not fast paced.

Hardcore is just extra bullet damage that's all.

Spoken like a person that only plays the vanilla game.

HC, includes no arcadey reticule when firing from the hip, no mini-map, no magic triangles highlighting enemy positions, friendly fire on, increased weapon damage on all weapons and vehicles. In short, HC is harder to play than vanilla, try and run up on someone and stab them in HC and you'll go down in a crumpled heap.

I'd love to have the filter because I find the vanilla game ridiculous in the extreme.
