I honestly don't mind the AEK at all. I certainly don't consider it the worst by any means. I've been thinking about going back and getting a few gold medals on it just for kicks, actually.

None of them are bad really; it depends on your playstyle... the F2000 I guess since it's the lowest damage, but it has godly aim.

I know its not an Assault Rifle but the M14, regardless of its huge hitting power is just simply useless! Its clip size is terrible, the recoil added with the terrible sight means you cant hit a barn door.

I got my gold with that thing then ran.

i don't really go back to the starter weapons once i unlocked everything. i mainly use M16, AN, and M416 but mostly the 2 three burst rifles lately.

I just CANNOT believe nobody voted for STG.77 AUG. It basically has the same stats as M416 but at medium to long range, takes quite a lot more shots to kill, so it's rubbish. Undeniably, the second worst assault rifle, right after F2000.

As for F2000, it and MG3 are the only fully automatic weapons that have base deviation. You can notice this especially when using them with ACOG. Even when firing single shots, they just don't go where you send them.

I honestly don't see why DICE needed to make these low damage, slow-killing weapons with terrible "deviation per shot/damage ratio" even less accurate.

But it's not like they're at war with high rate of fire weapons. If you look at PP2000, everything it does, is superior to F2000. Much higher rate of fire, less deviation per shot, bigger mag, NO BASE DEVIATION, not to mention it's silenced.

Oh, and with magmum bullets perk, it takes the same amount of shots to kill as F2000 with magnum bullets. It has way lower damage fall off than other smgs.

Obvious balance issues like this one make me cross everytime I play.

I think no one voted for the Aug because everyone voted for the F2000

I wonder if its because the F2000 really is that bad or if its because we all compare it to the BF2 version, which was awesome.

I have changed my mind on this! Finally went for my gold on the Aug and the F2000 and although both are really frustrating the F2000 is much better than the Aug. The Aug just kept leaving me deflated, especially when i had mag ammo on and was having to put 8 hits on a target at distance to kill them.

The thing with the F2000 is although it has a huge ROF it doesnt have a lot of recoil so you can hit far away targets fairly easily with 2 or 3 shots at a time! Yes the damage isnt great but the ROF makes up for this.

I didnt grab a pic but i used the F2000 in a round earlier and granted were were winning the round comfortably but i came top with 32 kills - 7 deaths all of which i got with the F2000, its not as bad a gun as everyone thinks. It doesnt have a learning curve but it takes a bit of patience to adapt to.

Stats don't lie. It's horribly underpowered.

I also pwn with it. However, granted it's ME and not the gun that excels :laugh:
I've spent plenty of time with F2000 to say this. It's a piece of junk, no kidding. Proof:



I'm done with it. I can do way more harm with any other assult rifle and now I know for sure it's not my fault.

Not a big fan of the AN 94. The limited 2 shot burst just doesn't do it for me. I like to control my shots with lite taps on the trigger.

I really like the XM8, and the M416 so far. Am trying out hte M16A2 next.
