You already have them. It's simply a server side option to unlock them I think. Great concept for 'DLC'. :|

I think AH is really a waste of a map that could have brought back true vehicle map conquest. Why not a touch of the old by using the whole map? Oh well, better than nothing.

Arica is actually a good map, however its most definitely the kardkand of Bad company 2, even though there are no vehicles it seems people play the map like it's rush, there is tons of space on each side to flank around, however most people don't seem to use it, and thats just their fault. Some quads might help that out and make the average player actually hop on and go for a back flag, however with proper squads using the urban space and the natural space there is a lot of chance for movement. And it doesn't need to be any bigger, if people didn't cluster up as much as the starting flags.

i dunno about the position of flags in the middle of the street all exposed. i think one of them you can cap it from inside buildings, not sure about others.

Laguna Presa is a great looking map and it could have been one of the best of the game if they'd only given the defenders some armor. WTF? I've only played twice once on each side and in both instances the attacking team made short work of the defenders.

Laguna Presa in Rush is epic, but the defenders can't hear the mcom station noise (the siren when it is armed). Has to be the most annoying bug ever.

Laguna Presa defenders might not get armour but you are given ample points of interest that offer strategic advantages; there is plenty of space for infantry, but not always as much space for vehicles

there are masses of places to put mines (when I defend I go engi, leave some mines along the main road and then go off and play it leads to some funny **** if they get the first mcoms)

there are hills that provide view obstruction to the driver, shallow water, enclosed areas

you think about the 3rd set of mcoms and the armour has to get across that bridge, thats just a ticket to death, not to mention the massive amount of TOW launchers

approaching the last 2 mcoms from the road is a 100% gauranteed way to get 5 tow missiles shoved down your throat tbh

its an awesome rush map imo, although my ninja engineer shenanigans did get me banned from a server last night lol

In both the games I played there never were enough engie's. In my squad there was only me as one, the rest were medics or snipers.

I agree that there are many good choke points to funnel the armor into a nice kill zone but the fixed AT positions are either poorly placed with little to no field of fire or they are out in the bloody open and are thus easily taken out.

I'll play it more tonight when I get home from work. Map really could have used a gunship and some Ride of the Valkyries thrown in for atmosphere. Also, some more boats and jet skis for the later portions of the map would have made for some interesting routes to the objectives.

I have played Laguna Presa rush. It was simply amazing. I had the best Rush-Team ever.
Everyone, literally everyone was charging for the mcoms. It was so much fun!!! Funny thing, when we switched sides and became defenders, the attackers went all recon and bored the **** out of us. hahaha

Laguna Presa(Rush) is awesome!! Like the fact that there are many ways to enter the base as attacker, less linear IMO. I don't how many bases there are in Laguna, but it seems there were plenty. I like the new terrain also. It's funny how Rush is actually bigger than CQ in BC2. Arica(CQ) is basically an Infantry Only map. It's more of run and gun & less of capture the flag. Doesn't really matter if you capture the flags. I like it, different pace of game.

You also have to put in your head that CQ was designed this way and most likely will not be changed. So don't expect bigger CQ maps in the future. We have to wait until BF3 I guess.
