Battlefield: Bad Company 2, Unable to download patch!

Hello, this is my first post so please tell me if i do anything incorrectly.

Well here is my problem, i have had Battlefield: Bad Company 2 for 4 days now and i have not been able to download the new patches.

I have aloud BF full access from my firewall, nobody is downloading or anything on the other computers.. Im really getting annoyed now im starting to think buying this game was a stupid idea

Are you setting the game and the updater to run as administrator?

If not, thats where you are messing up.
