Sure, I hated it in all BF games.
But all these similar themed threads are making it hard to take you serious, and the replies are starting to reflect that.

How about a "Things I love in BC2 thread" or maybe even a "Why BF2 sucks compared to BC2"?

Wow, seriously... every single people in here does not agree with me that this is a legit thing that should be fixed? It's like not dying from a c4 next to you because it wasn't on you.

Ok, I know I have gotten out of tanks AND died as they exploded; also have jumped out of tanks and got damaged from the explosion, also jumped out of a tank and walked away WAY before the thing got hit by a rocket; so no, I personally haven't experienced what you have experienced, wich looks like complaining for the sake of complaining.

Oh and in BF2 yo ucould jump out of a plane, and land on a flying chopper cockpit and gun or pilot it if the guy inside switched seats, then jump out and land on top of a tank without parachuting; have a guy fly the bomber at land level and pick you up on the fly. I find the split second of invulnerability after getting off a tank in _BC2 way less egregious than being lifted by a jet fighter without a scratch.

1) Armor - They probably get out with like 1 Health, and then you blow it up. Tanks are very hard to jump out of when it hits 0, if at all possible. I have yet to successfully do it, but I have gotten out with like 1-2-3 health left because I know I am doomed. Yep, it will probably blow up a second later, but that is just beating the system. It's kinda like, the game shouldn't have Medics because in real war, Medics don't run around with shock paddles and ZAP! "Okay Get up, you're good to go!" ... So how about you make another thread complaining about that?

2) Helicopters - You know ... I can't even waste my time explaining this so lets put it this way...

You jump out of a second floor window in the game and you pop your 'chute so you take no damage ........ And you're here complaining about jumping out of Heli's when they are out of control spinning to their fate? Oh please, You can throw your parachute when you jump off a damn car roof so quite your complaining, it isn't Legit and if you don't like it, then go play BF2 which in no way is any better.

Red, I would agree with you except I escaped total death many times in BF2 with the same way as well as jet pods in 2142. If a vehicle is 100 health and someone hits it with just enough force, there is a split second to escape. If the vehicle has less health, then getting away is a lot harder.

You need fast reflexes and awareness of your health meter to pull this off and most can't.

It is possible to jump out of a tank that hits 0 health, it all depends on the force of the explosion that finishes of the tank.

Situation A, your tank is on 1 health, you get hit by an RPG, tank blows up straight away.

Situation B, your tank is on 1 health, and you get hit by an exploding frag, tanks hits 0 health and takes about 2/3 seconds to actually blow up, in which time you can bail out and avoid damage.

Hope I cleared that little bit up.

HAve you not been to tokyo? Anywho I think I'm gonna calm down and limit my rants for awhile and go back to World of Warcraft too so I wont flood this forum fill with rants so much. I apologize for the rant threads I guess when you love a previous game so much that the new ones just doesn't live up to your expectation and I'm sure it will... it'll just take time! Toodles!
