Game will not maximize to full screen

As the title says, the game opens in a window I can move around the screen for some reason. I can still see task bar, the desktop, the bar at the top of the screen, etc. If I alt+tab to task manager, I can right click and select "Maximize". The only thing that does is remove the task bar, and I can still see the bar at the top with "Battlefield: Bad Company 2 X" on it. Also when I do this, the mouse is off a bit. To select something the cursor actuially has to be a little bit below what I want to click on. Any ideas?

Two ideas:
1) Switch between fullscreen and windowed with Alt + Enter
2) Make sure Fullscreen=true is set in settings.ini (In Documents/BFBC2)

That was it. Didn't even think to check, but some how that got set to false. Thanks

I have the same issue, I checked about Fullscreen and it on True.

If I click on the window, it will reinstate fullscreen but when I start the game it will always start windowed.

Or you could press Alt-Enter..
