is this due to servers turning off kill cam?

some servers i can't see the bird's eye view of the different deployment locations instead i just get a grey screen, and when i die it just shows me my view as lying dead on the ground and i cannot change views to my squad mates to see which one i should spawn on.

anyone else experience this?

i am using dx9 but this issue exists on just some servers not all.

I thought that was one of the server side settings, when killcam is off etc

The grey Screen is because the server has killcam OFF.But it depends.
The grey screen is not a graphic error its just that killcam is off.

A graphic error is the fact that i see those armored stationary heavy MG'S window is black and i cant hit a sh*t
