failed to connect to EA online

I finally got around to playing multiplayer, and i logged in to my account.
Then i tried again, and it keeps popping up saying "failed to connect to EA online"

I've turned off internet security, restarted my comp, and still does the same thing. Any ideas?

ohh okay,
wait i don't get that, so what time that does that upgrade finish.?

Tomorrow and Saturday the EA servers will come down to add more hardware. Check out the blog for more info.

We have had confirmation that the servers will be down for about 4 hours today although they will try to get them back online sooner than that.

Saturday down time length hasn't been confrimed yet.

I assume Tomorrow=Today, so expect around 4 hours downtime.
