Where do they actually get these numbers from?

I believe that they are extracted directly from the games data files.

The charts in the first post have now been updated to reflect the latest changes

My Favourite gun is the M416 or H&K 416 as its properly known, fitted with a 4X scope and grenade launcher. Assualt class FTW MAN!!!!
