I just learned that LMGs in BC2 are more like LMG and Ganz in BF2142 instead of BF2, that is, the more you shoot, the more accurate it becomes. Damn I should have known that, otherwise I could have avoid some death.

Re: Medic LMGs
Are you aboslutely certain of that? I did some test in the Beta after hearing this, and sustained fires seem just as bad on the LMG as on the rest of the weapons.Originally posted by AvalancheDiodeI just learned that LMGs in BC2 are more like LMG and Ganz in BF2142 instead of BF2, that is, the more you shoot, the more accurate it becomes. In BF2142 you could see the crosshair contract as you fired, in BC2(Beta) it would go really wide and the shots were all over the place.
But I will have to test it again. -

Hum, I'm not certain of that. So far I only used the PKM and M249 and headshotted ennemies from afar with the first bullets.Comment

Re: Medic LMGs
this chart made me thing of something...
Do you get increased accuracy while taking a knee? I have a habit of always couching before opening fire, if there isn't an advantage to doing so in BC2, guess I need to get rid of the habit x_X.Comment

Re: Medic LMGs
Have you learned that from this video? Do you play on PC or consoles? Because on PC, it certainly isn't the case.Originally posted by AvalancheDiodeI just learned that LMGs in BC2 are more like LMG and Ganz in BF2142 instead of BF2, that is, the more you shoot, the more accurate it becomes. Machine guns are like assault rifles with half the spread and huge ammo cap. I just don't get how overpowered medics are.Comment

Re: Medic LMGs
Medics are great at supressing, one on one they are not so hot at close range, when the other guy can put 5 bullets in you in half the time with great better accuracy; long range your bullet spam will force them to get away; tough you have the advantage in close range when you sneak up on people, but in that case all classes are equal.
Mind you, if a Medic is sniping you it means he had the time to kneel down, aim well and squeeze three quick shots; at more than 100 meters, this means the saw you, decided you were a viable target, and accounted for bullet drop and travel time; you were dead before the bullets got there really.Comment
