I have my m1 unlocked but can't use it

I have rank 3 veteran status. The only time I was ever able to use it in game was on a ranked hardcore server. I cant use it any where else even though it shows as unlocked in the weapons and gadget menu.

i used it on day 1 and haven't even seen it available since then. let them sort things out i guess.
