Where's my unlocks?

I preordered BFBC2 limited edition via STEAM.

Installed, entered serial key.

But when I logged in, where is my Tommy gun and Colt 1911?

Don't I get them free without the ranks?

Something more I need to do?

Any insight into this?

Under multiplayer tab there is a redeem code. Put the limited edition serial in there. You should have them when you go in game.

I did that also...

It didn't unlock crap - even though it said I had a valid code, unlocked this and that.... etc.

In my weapons stats it shows that they are not unlocked but they are in my MP loadout screen when in game.

Thats weird... i did the same thing yesterday and everything worked for me...

I got an email late last night from EA and it included my key for unlocks

I entered it and it worked fine

Okay, I got them.

Not displayed in gadgets and kits in Multilayer but I can use them in game.

Sigh..EA

It behaves weirdly. My unlocks disappeared from one server then came back in another. Weird.

Same issue, believe it mostly has to do with the server instability right now. Haven't been able to get into a game yet.

Am I the only one that gets a little warm inside knowing that BF doesn't dissapoint at launch? It's 2004 all over again.
