I'm looking for the exact procedure, and I'm asking you Crunch, if it's ok to reveal it as long as I confirm there is no need to use dubious programs; it looks like this works for preloads as well.

haha clever people and no-one can explain how they did it on these forums either :laugh:

tbh not worth spending an extra £12 for it.

it shouldn't be that hard if people figured it out on their own, I would give it a try if I had a copy available :P

Ok, the original poster ZnyX from the uk forums sent me this:

"Right, already its rather simple. This is how you do it. Remember, this is ALL legal as long as you have bought the game.

The trick is simply getting a clean iso(dvd with the game) which obviously contains no of the release date checks.

What you want to do, is simply get any kind of iso for the game. This can be from a disc, torrent or lalalalala site(not illigal as you already bought the game), make sure its an iso and not an .exe install.

Now simply install your game anywhere on your PC, when it asks for registration choose DISC, not online activation(have not tried this, might work) let it finnish install, now open up your game and simply press login, login and write in your key. Thats it, your now in the game."

So if you have the downloaded digital version, you just have to extract your key and install from an ISO copy. Really, just installing your disc if you got the physical copy. :P Who would have thought.
