    bf2/windows 7x86/cd

    I finally got a new system and am trying to reinstall bf2 with the original CD copy I bought in 2006. I've got it in my dvd r/rw drive and my OS is windows 7 x86. When I run setup the the progress meter just sits there forever. I know in the past after one or 2 times it would start moving again on my old system but it doesn't seem to want to install at all with 7. Anyone seen this before? Any advice? thanks.

      Try to run the executable as administrator. RIGHT click, RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.

      See how that goes.
