Does the Xbox 360 Elite models have the jasper chip?

I was looking to get another Xbox and I know the new arcade models have the jasper chip but do the elite models have them as well?

The new Super Elite xbox's dont RRoD at all. But i dont know if you can buy them as just the console ive only seen them in the UK in bundles.

65nm GPU and increased on board flash based memory (only on Arcade packages including the Jasper board) to 256 MB (up from 16 MB).
